The sad truth about window cleaning is that it is a lot more difficult than it looks. It doesn’t take much to improve the look of glass surfaces but a good quality clean runs deeper than that. More than offering the odd cleaning tip here or there, our Gorillas are roaming the greater Nevada area, providing customers with top to bottom cleans. Instead of subpar services that leave streaks behind, our experts have the tools and the know-how to leave nothing but sparkling glass behind.
Navigating Your Fixtures
Whether you are dealing with residential or commercial spaces, windows are one of the most important parts of your structures. At their best, clean windows let in natural light, provide views and help to create a more comfortable environment. With so much riding on these panes of glass, proper window washing is key. So, what is the difference between soapy water and Gorilla glass cleaner? Or a microfiber cloth and rubber squeegee blades? It is all in how you use them.
When performing a DIY window cleaning solution, property owners have to clear more hurdles than the Olympics! Each type of window presents its own unique set of obstacles, and so do the wants and needs of clients. The need for eco-friendly cleaning alternatives, for example, is popular and only growing momentum. Approaching picture windows with a dry cloth and spray bottle of white vinegar or rubbing alcohol are just some of the ways property owners have tried to manage spots, stains and streaks. When warm water just isn’t cutting it, call a Gorilla to clean away your glass, sills and window frames. The other major obstacle facing amateur window cleaning is heights! For many properties, their windows do not stop at the ground floor. Carting cleaning supplies up a ladder can mean slips, falls and subpar results. The wrong technique pushes dirt into corners, instead of removing it completely. Instead of juggling results, technique, tools and safety, leave these in the capable paws of a Gorilla!
Treating Your Glass
Instead of wiping panes with a rag and hot water, our expert Gorillas have a multi-step approach to shining windows. The first step is to assess the condition of glass and remove any barriers between our tools and your glass. This means removing window screens before work begins – but don’t worry, they will be replaced before you know it! Eco-friendly cleansers and disinfecting agents are used to clear away any foreign items sitting on surfaces. Rubber squeegees are used to dig into corners and angles, clearing out any buildup. For those windows that are higher up, water-fed poles are used to reach windows up to four storeys high.
