    How do I book a service?

    Online via the quote form on this page, by phone, or via the central Gorilla booking system. Vancouver requests route directly to the local crew. Mention any access concerns (gate codes, pets, scheduling restrictions, sensitive landscaping) at booking so the team arrives prepared.

    Do you offer emergency or same-day service?

    Same day response is available for genuine urgencies, such as storm damage, post event cleanup, broken gutters dumping water at the foundation, that kind of thing. For non-urgent work, scheduling follows the normal queue. Vancouver weather patterns (driven by mild damp winters with persistent ambient humidity; moss is the year round antagonist) sometimes create event driven demand spikes, we honour service level commitments to contract clients first.

    What happens if a crew damages something on my property?

    What equipment do crews bring to a typical job?

    Pressure washing rigs (cold + hot water units), soft wash spray equipment, water fed pole systems for window work, fall arrest harnesses for height work, salt and brine spreaders for winter, and a full ladder kit including stabilizers for steep access. Each job gets the gear matched to the scope identified at quote time.
