    Do you offer hard water stain removal?

    We do, and we keep it separate from standard cleaning for a reason: stain removal uses different chemistry, more time, and more labour than a routine wash. Pricing reflects window count and stain severity, so you only pay for the work the glass actually needs.

    Should I book before or after spring pollen?

    It depends on your goal. If you want one well-timed clean, book after the pollen finishes in late spring so it lasts. If you simply cannot stand the yellow film now, an early clean is fine; just expect to need a second pass once the pollen fully drops.

    Are your cleaners safe for kids?

    Child-safe products, but the indoor request is really about the worksite. While crews are on ladders with hoses and tools below the windows, we would rather kids stay inside and clear of the active area. The cleaners themselves are biodegradable and safe at the dilutions we use.

    Do you offer signage cleaning during window cleaning?

    Will scrapers damage my windows?

    Whether a scraper is safe depends entirely on the glass. Tempered glass is durable and takes a blade well for removing paint or construction residue. Tinted films and specialty coatings are softer and can mark, so a scraper only comes out after the surface is identified.

    Can you clean casement windows?
