"**Highly Recommend** We recently hired Gorilla Property Services for gutter and dryer vent cleaning, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Our gutters hadn’t been cleaned in two years and were badly clogged, causing overflows onto the walks and back deck during heavy rains. The team handled the job efficiently, flushing all downspouts, bagging up the debris, and finishing even faster than expected. The dryer vent cleaning was just as smooth. The technician had all the right tools, finished in about 15 minutes, and the improvement was obvious in the photos they sent. Owner Mike made the whole process easy from start to finish. He was responsive and accommodating. When a schedule change opened up an earlier slot, he offered it to us. When the team arrived, he personally walked us through the entire process. After the job, he followed up by email to make sure we were happy with the results.
