We are thrilled to introduce Nick as the newest addition to our Gorilla family. As the fresh face of team, he will be dedicated to take care of residential and commercial properties at Gorilla’s territory in Oshawa, Ontario.
Q: What made you want to own a franchise, specifically a Gorilla business?
Having worked for a major home improvement company for many years I was able to learn a great deal about customer service and home improvement/ maintenance . I wanted to take that along with the business acumen I have gathered and roll that into my own business.
Q: Why now – what influenced you to make this decision?
After taking some time off from the retail world I felt it was time to get back to work and was itching to take on a new challenge and what’s a greater challenge the owning and running your own business.
Q: In your opinion, what are the benefits of joining a franchise system?
After looking at different franchises out there I decided this was a fit based on the knowledge I have and I especially liked the support that the Gorilla team offered in regards to training, support and initial equipment package that it came with.
Q: Tell us about your territory, what do you think makes it unique?
The territory I have is a great mix of residential , commercial and property management companies spread throughout the region. We have a great opportunity to expand our business with all the growth that continues to happen in Durham Region.
Q: What do you expect about being a business/franchise owner?
I look forward to the challenge of growing and expanding our business in our current territory but looking forward to taking on further territories in the future.
