    Early December is usually the latest we can install, though selection is limited by then. Most popular install dates fill by late October, so the closer to the holidays you book, the fewer scheduling options remain. We do our best to fit late requests when crews have room.

    What's included in the service?

    Professional installation, in-season maintenance (replacing bulbs or sections that fail), and post-season takedown and storage. Most franchises also include lights themselves — commercial-grade LED strands and accessories — as part of the package.

    How does pricing work?

    Pricing scales with linear feet of roof line, number of trees and shrubs to wrap, light density, and timeline complexity. Custom designs and synchronized music displays add cost. Most clients land in a clear residential range; commercial sites get itemized quotes.

    What about smart timers and energy use?

    LED strands draw a fraction of incandescent power — a full residential display typically runs $5–15 monthly in electricity. Smart timers (dusk-to-midnight, app-controlled) are standard. Synced music displays use specialty controllers; available as an upgrade.

    Can you do July 4th lighting?

    Yes, we install July 4th lighting in a red, white, and blue palette to mark the holiday. This is a summer installation, separate from the winter season, with displays arranged across rooflines and key features. Lights are scheduled and removed around the holiday itself.

    Will you fix damaged lights during the season?

    Yes, we offer in-season service calls for damaged sections, fallen displays, and storm-related issues. For major damage we provide same-day response when crews are available, so a display knocked down by wind or weather gets back up quickly rather than staying dark for the rest of the season.

    Do you store the lights between seasons?

    Yes — storage of your strands and accessories between seasons is included in recurring-customer pricing. Lights come out, get inspected and cataloged, and go into climate-controlled storage. Next season they’re ready to reinstall.

    Are crews insured for working at height?

    Yes — liability and WCB certificates available on request. Working at height on snowy or icy roofs is high-risk; certificates are mandatory for any pro service.

    Do you offer commercial installations?

    Yes — commercial properties get dedicated design consultations and multi-year contracts. Synchronized displays and large-format installations are common for commercial. Quotes are property-specific.
